Andrew Lapitsky was born in 1966, in Gomel (Republic of Belorussia).
In 1986 Andrew graduated from Minsk Art College.
In 1996 Andrew graduated from Belorussian Academy of Arts, Department of Easel Painting (Minsk). In 2012 Andrew graduated from the Institute of retraining in the State Pedagogical University, Department of World Art Culture (Russia).

Since 1989 artist has participated in art exhibitions in Russia and Western Europe. He is a member of the Moscow Association of artists 'Solar square' (Moscow).

Since 2006 artworks by Andrew Lapitsky has been presented in the Gallery "ARTSIMA" (Paris, France).
Since 2010 Andrew's painting exhibited at 'The Design Gallery' (Kent, United Kingdom) as part of the art collection of 'Alla Bulyanskaya Gallery'.

The artist's works are in Russian Museum Association, in private collections in Russia and Europe. Andrew currently lives and works in Moscow.
