Gary Goryany is an Ukrainian born artist /1964, Belaya Tserkov/ graduated from the Ukrainian State University /Kiev/. He studied painting at the Moscow Surikov Academy of Art and School of Modern Art /Prague, Czech Republic/ which has been sponsored by Gorge's Soros Fond Program. Gary Goryany was one of the creators of the Institute of Spiritual Art /Kiev, Ukraine/ and the International Academy of Cosmosophy /Gutenberg, Sweden/.

Gary Goryany has exhibitions in Prague /Czech Republic/, Gutenberg, Etran and Stockholm /Sweden/, Porto/Portugal/, Vigo/Spain/, London /UK/, New Jersey and New York City /US/.
In 2003-2004, during nine months, he studied contemporary art and participated in the Art Working Studios together with Start-2000 Gallery in London /UK/.

Gary Goryany participated in various exhibitions starting in 1983. Art critics find Gary's work quite fascinating, very complex and skillfully executed. The paintings reveal a complex network of asymmetric bands that morph into form and spiral in and out of seemingly organic compositions. The focus is spiritual; with phenomena, that is a natural occurrence and extension of the mind and spirit connection.
